Buenos Aires - El Calafate 'Capital of Glaciers' - Ushuaia 'Tierra del Fuego'.
Trip Summary
2 nights in Buenos Aires
Built in the image of the great European cities, Buenos Aires is Argentina's cultural epicenter, known for its music and dance, its cuisine, fine wines, and vibrant night life. Although it has retained much of its Colonial European influence the design and architecture in Bueno Aires reflects influences not only from Spain, but in many cases Paris, Rome and other Euro capitals as well.
Buenos Aires is divided into neighborhoods or barrios, each with its own personality and unique flavor, and cafes, tango bars, clubs, restaurants, museums, and great shopping will make any visit to Buenos Aires fly by.
So whether you are headed from here to the splendor of Patagonia, the wine region, or the majesty of Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires is a city that will remain in your memory long after the last tango has ended.
2 nights in El Calafate - Lago Argentino
El Calafate is the portal for Los Glaciers National Park, the spectacular Perito Moreno Glacier and the massive Upsala formation. It is also, a requisite stop for those traveling on to Argentina's hiking and climbing mecca, El Chalten and Mount Fitz Roy, a four hour drive to the north.
This town of nearly 8,000 offers a full range of services and resources for travelers, including fine accommodations and commercial flights to Bariloche, Ushuaia and Buenos Aires.
El Calafate a key component for most Patagonian odysseys, and particularly popular with adventure seekers and outdoor enthusiasts from around the world.
2 nights in Ushuaia - Tierra del Fuego
Ushuaia is the southernmost city in the world, and along with the spectacular Tierra del Fuego is one of the most interesting and compelling destinations in Argentina. Ushuaia is a portal, not only for Tierra del Fuego, but also for the nearby Martial Mountains, and Antarctica. And it serves as a picturesque base of operations for hikers, climbers, skiers and eco-tourists drawn by the gorgeous scenery, varying terrain, and abundant wildlife.
Most visitors here ride on the 'Train to The End Of The World', a one of a kind trip to Tierra del Fuego National Park, on a small steam engine powered train with stunning panoramic views.
Accommodations here combine the exquisite landscapes with comfort and service, some with spas and health clubs, while other more rustic properties feature beautiful remote locations that accentuate the harmony of the unspoiled natural environment, and
keep in mind that Ushuaia has up to 18 hours of daylight during the summer months, but very little during the winter, so plan accordingly.

We had a great trip. Everything went like clockwork. Our transfers between hotels and airports were timely and smooth. Our selected Hotels were fine, and our excursions were first class. We would certainly recommend you to our friends.
In fact, we will be checking out what the website has to offer when we plan next year`s trip to the Galapagos Islands.
Thanks for doing a good job.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation - thank you for all of the help. The information we were emailed prior to travel with full itineraries, vouchers, etc. was very comprehensive and we especially appreciated the correction and reminder emails. It was great to have it all online to be able to print extra copies of travel information for us as well as to forward to family.
The tours we booked were fantastic and we enjoyed being able to "upgrade" to longer tours when possible with minimal hassle and with the help of the local representatives (Eurotur in BA and El Calafate, All Patagonia in Ushuaia). The hotels were as adverstised and quite nice and the transfers were, for the most part, easy.
Overall, the trip arrangements were wonderful and we would definitely recommend LatinDestinations to others. It was very easy to be able to book everything at once.
