Trip Summary
2 nights in Buenos Aires

Built in the image of the great European cities, Buenos Aires is Argentina's cultural epicenter, known for its music and dance, its cuisine, fine wines, and vibrant night life. Although it has retained much of its Colonial European influence the design and architecture in Bueno Aires reflects influences not only from Spain, but in many cases Paris, Rome and other Euro capitals as well.

Buenos Aires is divided into neighborhoods or barrios, each with its own personality and unique flavor, and cafes, tango bars, clubs, restaurants, museums, and great shopping will make any visit to Buenos Aires fly by.

So whether you are headed from here to the splendor of Patagonia, the wine region, or the majesty of Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires is a city that will remain in your memory long after the last tango has ended.

Puerto Madryn has a wide range of comfortable accommodations, many with spa and health club services, Or immerse yourself in the unspoiled environment, at an all inclusive estancia in the heart of Peninsula Valdes. Either way Puerto Madryn-Peninsula Valdes will be a sensational experience, and a perfect component in a memorable Argentinean vacation.
2 nights in El Calafate - Lago Argentino

El Calafate is the portal for Los Glaciers National Park, the spectacular Perito Moreno Glacier and the massive Upsala formation. It is also, a requisite stop for those traveling on to Argentina's hiking and climbing mecca, El Chalten and Mount Fitz Roy, a four hour drive to the north.

itinerary Details [+]
We had a spectacular time on our trip. The accommodations were in line with our expectations. Our transfers were always there, and often times provided a great deal of information for us about our new location. In fact, in Puerto Madryn it was our transfer that actually suggested we adjust our itinerary to accommodate a few other thing we were really interested in. In the end, these changes made for some great memories. The tours were good, and in line with expectations. However, as was the case in Puerto Madryn, I feel there may be some options at locations that aren`t available on your website that may be great to include. Those tours where we requested English guides we were given people who spoke English quite well. One additional recommendation would be to have a little more detail around travel recommendations for each major location. For instance, how does the taxi system work in each city?.what are some great restaurant recommendations?should you be concerned about crime/safety? We had a great experience and would certainly recommend Latin Destinations to friends. As we start looking towards our next trip we`ll certainly call you if we`re going to South America.
