We had an absolutely wonderful trip. everything went very well. Our good trip was in large part to victor Rincon`s great help with flights, hotels, and transport. All of the transport were excellent with the exception of the person picking us up from the Buenos Aires airport and driving us to the hotel. He didn`t speak English and wasn`t sure where the hotel was and after some confusion left us at the correct hotel in a big huff. Thanks so much for taking such good care of us and arranging all the things you did for us. Would definitely recommend your web site and Victor in particular.

First of all, I would like to start by saying that my tastes are very particular.I like nice things, good food, and good service.That said......Overall my vacation was AWESOME!!!!!.I was EXTREMELY impressed with your local operator in Lima, Cusco, and Aguas Calientes Peru. Their service was OUTSTANDING!!!Buenos Aires was excellent as well!!At each location (except Rio De Janeiro)a representative or driver was right there to meet me after I collected by baggage.When I arrived at my hotel, another representative was right there to talk to me about my itinerary while I was in that country.I NEVER had to worry about anything.I did not know it at the time, but I would NOT have been able to have as nice of a time had all the arrangements not be handled by you guys.I did not imagine me being this pleased. You definitely exceeded my expectations!!!I felt like a celebrity or a princess.
Hotels:The staff at the hotels were very accommodating. The pictures of the hotel accommodations on your website were spot on!The picture of the room that I saw on the website was the same quality room that I received. All of the rooms were clean and quite pristine.The breakfasts that were included were very nice at each hotel.They were 5 star.Tours:The tours were very nice.I had a great time on each of them. (However, there was a little snafu on the tour in Rio De Janeiro). Many of my tours were with a private guide or a small but very intimate group.This was also impressive.I think that other bigger groups were envious.Recommendation of your services:Although this was a bit pricey, It was worth the money.I don`t say that lightly.I don`t know what prices that I could have received had I tried to negotiate this on my own. Normally, I would want to know that plus how much commission I am paying but, in this case I don`t care. Not having to deal with the time and effort It would have taken to put this together was worth it.I would DEFINITELY recommend this to my friends.It is truly refreshing to know that there are companies out there who can deliver on their promises and do things in excellence and integrity.
