In reference to our recent trip with your website to Argentina.
Overall I would have to say that utilizing the service was very important to us. Knowing that our arrangements were taken care of and eliminating potential issues with our trip arrangements was a great comfort. We did have minor issues with the Taxi drivers, only two out of six were English speaking and I know that I paid extra for that service and did not get what we agreed too. In addition there was a miss communication with one of our guides for the meeting place and time which was a bit distressing but in the end she was very good.
I am not telling you these things to complain, just to let you know exactly how things went with the service. I did appreciate all the work and effort Brenda did in making the arrangements. She was very professional and put together a nice package for us.
As far as the hotels, they were good overall. The Amerian was an ok clean hotel and was a good first hotel. The Llao Llao was a great resort and the Emperador too was a very nice hotel.
All in all we would use your website again if we are traveling in South America in the future.

Buenos Aires - Bariloche

Everything we booked with Latin Destinations worked great. We had a fine time in Argentina, the flights and hotels were fine. Tres Reyes in Bariloche was nice, the location was great and the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good with a wide selection.

I would say all the same nice things about the Art hotel in Buenos Aires too, with the only complaint being that WiFi is not available on the 5th floor, you have to go to the lobby to use the internet.

Thank for your help, I will be recommending Latin Destinations to friends and family.

Buenos Aires - Bariloche

Our trip to Argentina was very good. Thank you to all of your support staff.
Flights: American airlines is not what it once was. The plane going down from Dallas was old and uncomfortable. The return was better, newer plane.
Hotels: Ayres de Recoleta - staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were furnished nicely, beds were a little hard. Noise was a factor between the a/c and traffic. Design Suites, Bariloche - beautiful rooms, wonderful views, helpful staff, overall one of the nicest places we`ve ever stayed.
This was our first time using a travel-agent type site and it was a very positive experience. Thank you!

Our trip went smoothly, everything was in place.
In Bariloche we were met by the guide, but were unable to later meet with him to plan more adventures. He was available on cell however, so we could schedule more as we sifted thru the options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Buenos Aires and Barriloche. The Sofitel and Llao Llao were great hotels. I would recommend them to anyone. Our connections and transfers were good. Our guide, Andrea, was a pleasure. She gave us many good recommendations concerning restaurants, tango shows and the like. The only negative comment we have is that our tickets on Delta were "t" class and we could not upgrade with miles or purchase an upgrade. Three of our party of 5 were over 6`2" and the extra leg room would have made the overnight flights more comfortable. I would definitely use Latin Destinations again.
