Duplooy's is a small jungle lodge that used to be a farm and was cleared by the Duplooy family when it was bought back in 1988. Surrounded by the jungle, the Macal River, sandy beaches and plenty of wildlife. The Duplooy's have beautiful gardens all around the lodge with several thousand plants and trees, which attracts a lot of wildlife from the nearby jungle. Belize Botanic Gardens is adjacent to the lodge, and now have 45 acres of the Duplooy's land, which was dedicated to them. There are many activities to enjoy close by to the lodge including caves, tours, horseback riding, night walks, hikes, bird watching and the gardens.

DuPlooy's offers a variety of rooms to suit everyone. Rooms have porches with hammocks, hot water, ceiling fans and screened windows.
