The Pousada Gabriela design is inspired in the typical master houses of Ilheus, echoing the cocoa farm plantations ever present in the works of Jorge Amado. The Pousada also has a balcony and banisters with a colonial style.

The Pousada`s that make up the Costa do Sauipe Renaissance Resort each have their own character, color, style and name. Each has the facilities of a five star hotel with it`s own swimming pool, personalized services and leisure area. As a guest you also have access to the golf course, tennis complex, Equestrian center and restaurants on the property. The resort features a Mediterraneo restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, the “O Boteco” casual bar, “Terra do Sol” the poolside bar and Vila Nova da Praia which is a small commercial, entertainment center within the complex that offers a great choice of bars, restaurants and shopping.
