The pousadas top floor apartments have large terraces with great views (the front apartment terrace looks out over the bay), comfy hammocks, air-conditioning, American King-Size beds, and broadband internet access. The neighbourhood is very Brazilian for which is run under the close direction Charles (an English artist), and his Brazilian wife, Helena. Hotel Redfish is a good place to stay in a great neighborhood in one of the most fascinating cities in the world.

Hotel Redfish rooms are spacious and well appointed, having recently been completely refurbished in such a manner as to retain as many original features as possible. It has a range of very comfortable bedrooms, all of which have their own lovely, tiled bathrooms, stone floors, patterned wooden ceilings, hand-painted wooden furniture, king-size beds, air-conditioning, telephones, and fridge. There are two levels of accommodation; Luxury and Standard.
