Many thanks for all the arrangements you made for our trip to Brazil. Pickups and dropoffs at 3 airports (Rio, Iguassu Falls and Salvador): These were handled by Blumar and its agents promptly and courteously. The travel agents who picked us up in Iguassu and Salvador also had information on optional tours that we could take. We did do a couple of them in Iguassu and Salvador. Hotels: Das Cataratas in Iguassu was very good. the location of the hotel cannot be beat. We liked that we could walk around the falls before the hordes of tourists came in. Hotel food was okay and kind of repetitive. The hotel was being remodeled during our stay and it caused us to have to climb up stairs to our room since the elevator was out. But we were out of the hotel during most daylight hours and so we were not too bothered by the noise and dust. Service was great. Bahai Othon Palace in Salvador was very good. They had an on-site independent travel agent that helped us book additional tours. Hotel food was okay. TAM airline: good service and on time. We will definitely use your services on our next latin destination trip and we will recommend your service to our friends!
