My hotel stay at the Windsor Palace (Copacabana) was superb. The staff was friendly and attentive. They made excellent recommendations for eating and sight-seeing tours as well as hailed me cabs and provided complimentary towels for the beach!
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the newly-renovated rooftop area with gym, pool, and bar were the perfect touch.
The transfers to and from the airport were prompt and professional.
All in all, I could not have been more pleased.

Our trip to Rio de Janerio was wonderful, booking through your website made it easy and quick, every thing was just as presented. Our hotel, Arena Copacabana was a true 4 star hotel, the staff was very accommodating and helpful, the entire facility was spotless. The breakfast was a Typical hotel breakfast, similar to the states, very plain. The staff was amazing and very knowledgable of the local area, we have used your website 3 times to travelled to Europe and were very pleased and now so with Latin America, keep up the good work!

My trip was great, thank you. The Mar Ipanema was a wonderful hotel with amazingly friendly staff that made me feel like family. My flight was delayed arriving and the person for the airport pick up was not waiting for me. Not many people speak English so I found a police officer who found a tour guide who called the local number and found the driver. He was very friendly and nice. I also got the fax with the pick up information for the return to the airport. I may have booked more through the local company if they were easier to access. Phone calls from the hotel cost money so I ended up booking a few local tours with the hotel instead. It was easier. I don`t have any ideas other than to have a list of tour options available along with the check-in? I would absolutely recommend your website to fellow travelers. Very responsive and friendly

I wanted to respond back to let you know we had a fantastic vacation to Rio De Janeiro. Our hotel was just as represented in your description. We were very happy with the location, helpful staff, cleanliness, condition, and rooftop pool. The transportation all worked out perfectly. There was someone waiting for us upon our late arrival to take us to the hotel, and for the return trip to the airport, the driver was on time and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, and would also return there ourselves.
Your website was very easy to work with and to find our reservations once booked.
I would especially like to thank Veronica Brignone for her help with our rescheduled return Continental flight which had left us only one hour to clear customs and make our flight to Denver.
She was very helpful in getting us changed to a later flight, which we were able to make without any problems.
Thanks again for a great experience. We will definitely use your website for all future travel to this area.

Our hotel was amazing. Beautiful location, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, worth every single penny.
Flights were OK. Most hiccups we had were due to the incapacity of American Airlines, and I guess could happen to anyone. At the flight from Rio to Miami, there was hardly any airconditioning in the plane.
We were either roasted or frozen. And they broke one of our suitcases, which we had to claim, to send for repairs, but I don`t think this has to do anything with your web site. Your services were once again, very good.
