Comments on Brazil vacation. Arena Copacabana hotel in Rio was excellent; clean, very modern, good breakfast and a gym and pool on the roof. Room with an ocean view of Copacabana beach. There was an organizational issue with my guide and tour on the first day. That was corrected and the tour guide was excellent. New car, perfect English and knew the Brazil law that being over 65 lets you cut all tourist lines. Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loft were excellent, when you don`t have to wait in line. A private guide is the only way to go; they know the short cuts and special things like there is a rain forest in the middle of Rio. There was a major problem in the flight from Rio to Iguassu Falls. The company purchased a ticket for the day prior to my flight. I purchased another ticket for that day and was lucky to get on that flight. Bill submitted to the company for all the extras was refunded to my credit card.. Hotel Das Cataratas in the middle of the park and close to the falls was exceptional. Upgraded to a larger room. The hotel personnel couldn`t do enough for you. The boat ride into the falls was exciting and wet. Iguassu falls is an experience you will never forget. I viewed the falls from both the Brazil and Argentina sides; out standing. Again, I had a private guide and driver which made it a wounder full experience. The trip into Paraguay to visit the Itaipu dam was an eye opener due to its size. Overall I recommend this company and tour.

We had a great trip, thank you very much to your agency and Veronica for sorting out the details and making all the arrangements. All of the tour guides were great and everything worked out smoothly. The only hitch we came across was at Iguazu hotel (Sheraton) where they didn`t realize we had already paid the entrance fee to the park but otherwise everyone was hospitable and we had a great time. I am planning to go back to S. America so I will use your services again and recommend you to others. Thanks much!

Thank you for booking our trip. It was very convenient. We had a wonderful time.
The only negative feedback I have is TAM inter-state airlines. The flights within Brazil were ALWAYS delayed. And that`s fine, however, we weren`t in Brazil for that long so we had no time to waste. Also, on a sidenote, they lost my luggage and have been fairly unreachable and quite unfriendly.
And actually out of all of your hotels, our favorite was the Hotel Banderantes in Copacabana. It was very quite with almost no Americans. Everyone was extremely nice and personal. This hotel was our favorite by far. It also included the best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed in(many more juice and pastry options).
Rio and Brazil itself are beautiful and our only regret is that we had more time. I would have recommended to stay 2 days in the Iguassu Falls to gain adequate coverage of Brazil and Argentinian side.
However, you made our trip very convenient and a reality.
