Right in the middle of downtown is located one of the oldest buildings of the entire Patagonia, the centenary old mansion formerly owned by Don José Nogueira and Doña Sara Braun, two characters who "wrote" the history of Patagonia.In this historic place, which holds National Monument status, was settled an exclusive hotel of 25 rooms, all of which keep the old magnificent style.

José Nogueira Hotel has three suites and 22 rooms, all exquisitely decorated with stylish furniture, minibar, direct dial telephones, cable TV, safe-deposit boxes, and PC connection to a telephone line. Suites are outfitted with a Jacuzzi and a comfortable sitting area.
