What a wonderful experience Chile was! This was our first time in South America, and it was amazing. Booking through your web site was a breeze, and Giselle Lazaro was a tremendous help during our planning process. I would definitely book with you again, and have passed along your site to all our friends.
We had a very generous transfer guide who accompanied us on our transfers. It was perfect because we were able to build a relationship with her and the driver which added to our Chilean experience.
The hotel in Santiago (Hotel Orly) and Vina Del Mar (Sheraton Miramar) were perfectly suited to our tastes and location preferences. The staff at both locations were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the location could not have been better. The hotel in Easter Island (Hotel Otai) was definitely on the primitive side, not so clean, and breakfast was terrible. If you didn`t get there early, you missed out on the food, then they kicked you out.
The trip was perfect, and we will definitely use your web site in the future.

We had a very nice time in Chile, especially in Easter Island. We thought that the hotel we stayed at in Rapa Nui was the best they had considering location along with niceness. All our transfers were very prompt and courteous. We liked staying in the downtown area of Santiago verses the elegant Ritz Carlton in the Golf Area. We were in Santiago before and after Easter Island in different hotels. The Fundador had a great location close to stores and various places to eat. The use of the business room with free internet service was the best. (That`s the reason we chose that hotel and would recommend it to others) All of our guides were very nice and seemed very knowledgable.

The only draw back we had was with the air service and am glad that we purchased the insurance. Through no fault of their own due to weather, our fist flight on American Airlines from LAX to DFW was delayed 1 2/2 hours and only because the gates were next door to one another, were we able to make the connection to Santiago. Unfortunately, our luggage didn`t make it! Our clothes and coats didn`t arrive until the next day. Therefore, we were more than 24 hours without coats in the cold climate of Santiago`s winter. We went ahead and purchased coats and underware and various other items needed. The airline delivered our suitcases the next day to our hotel but we were gone on an all day tour to Vina del Mar and Valparisico. The other airline mishap was on Lan Chile flying to Easter Island from Santiago. An hour out the pilots decided to turn back due to problems with pressurization. We are all for them doing whatever needed to keep the plane in the air, so we back their decision 100%. Unfortuantely, another plane or that plane after repaired, wasn`t ready for four hours.

Overall, we had a great time and feel like we paid a fair price and would gladly recommend your travel agency to others. Thanks for all your help.
