Hi, Our vacation to Costa Rica was awesome! We would definitely recommend your website to anyone that is planning an exciting vacation. We loved how everything was very well organized. Everything was carried out just like it said in our itinerary and everyone was SUPER nice to us, we did not have to worry about a thing. We liked how we were able to decide on the places that we wanted to go to in Costa Rica and how your company took it from there and planned the rest of the trip. We are very happy with our experience with booking with your company. Thank you for making our vacation worry free and more enjoyable. :) Hugo and Claudia, Plano, TX

We had an amazing vacation! Everything went smoothly! We were worried about `island time`, but all of our transfers were on time. Hotels were great and all the locals/staff we met were super friendly. This trip was easy to plan and was perfectly coordinated! I will definitely use you when planning my next vacation and have recommended you to friends and family!

Hello Latin destinations staff!! I only have three words to say: professionalism, care, and smoothness. I think that pretty much describes your company`s main ingredients. We had an amazing time in our vacation to Costa Rica. Everything was fabulous, from the transportation connections/transfers, tour guides, hotels, everything!!! Thank you so much for making this trip so special :)

We had a wonderful trip. The transfers and tours and the people that handled them were fantastic. Henry was outstanding. We were with him from San Jose through Tortuguerro part of our trip. The only glich was when we arrived in Play Hermosa and Vills Sol would not let us check in until 4pm. This was not on the itinerary. Thank you were very pleased how easy and planned out our trip was.

Best vacation ever! The trip to Costa Rica was wonderful. The website and staff took care of all of the details. We were met at the airport with a tour guide who took our tour vouchers and explained our trip. The shuttle was waiting for us and took us to the Hilton Gardens in San Jose. This was an excellent choice in hotels for the first night. It is on the outskirts of San Jose, but safe and gave us a flavor for Costa Rica. There was a message for us when we checked in reminding us of the pick up time for the next day. We decided to go by bus and boat rather than fly to Tortuguero. It is a long trip, but it allowed us to see some of the country. The boat ride was like the jungle cruise in Disneyland. The Mawamba Lodge was just as described. The main reception area, pool, and dinning area are more modern. The rooms are rustic. However, it is the closest ecolodge to the village and has the ocean on one side of the property and the canal on the other. The all inclusive package included food and everything except for bottled water and the morning tour. We saw birds, snakes, frogs, cayman, monkeys, butterflies, and were lucky to see a green sea turtle laying eggs on the beach. It was a great start to our trip. Our trip occurred during the first week of June. It was the rainy season and at one point we were one of six guests at the lodge. The staff went out of the way to assist us. They even offered to fix special meals just for the six of us. Everything was going well as we left for La Fortuna. Unfortunately, the bus that was picking us up at the boat dock had a flat tire and we ended up being 2 hours late to the transferpoint. I was worried that we wound miss our transfer, however, the next bus driver and guide were waiting for us at the restaurant and insisted that we eat lunch before we stated for Arenal. The Volcano Lodge and Gardens was wonderful. We had a superior view of the volcano. The restaurant on site, pool, and gardens were better than we had expected. We arranged for a taxi and hike to the waterfall on our own. I can only describe this as a stair master with a view, but well worth it. It was too far to walk to town. We needed to take a $12 taxi to get back and forth. We had prearranged an afternoon tour that included a hike to the volcano, hot springs, and dinner. It was perfect. We were a little underdressed for dinner as we were driven to a fancy hotel. This one of the best dinners we had in Costa Rica. Our next transfer was by boat across Lake Arenal and then by bus. The trip was on time and again we got to see more of the country. The roads are dirt and gravel with lots of pot holes. We stated at the Montana Monteverde. Our room was in the remodeled section of the main building. The hotel is within walking distance of town. We walked up and down the hills a few times, but found that the $2 taxi ride was worth it to get to and from town. The clouds literally came into our room when we opened the sliding glass door. We had dinner at the hotel one night and the food was good. We also ate at the Morpho restaurant in town and at the Treehouse Restaurant. Again, there were few guests in Monteverde at this time of the year. We arranged for the Hanging Bridges Tour on our own and enjoyed walking around the small town to shop. Our last stop was the all inclusive Hilton Papagayo Resort. We had a note waiting at our room the night before with the pick up time and everything went smoothly. This part of the trip was very relaxing. We sat by the beach and enjoyed our fruit smoothes and fruit drinks from the bar. They provided bottled water in the room and we could use the beach, pools, tours, and activities on their property. We also arranged for the mega combo tour that included zip lining, a waterside, horseback riding and a spa. It was an adventure that we will always remember. Our transfer to the airport was on time and we had no problems boarding our plane for the home. We had a slight glitch when we missed our connecting flight and had to reschedule for the next morning. However, our trip insurance covered a night in the hotel in Miami. We had a wonderful carefree vacation. All of the details for hotels, transfers, and tours were well thought out. Listening to other tourists who tried to plan their trip on there own, lead me to believe that we were smart to plan our trip through your website. One couple paid over $200 for a taxi that took them to the wrong La Fortuna. Other travelers complained about long waits, trouble choosing hotels, changing hotels, getting lost on unmarked roadways, etc. We found everything to be professionally handled. We even got a phone call half way throughout the trip to make sue that things were going well. I would definitely use your website to plan my next trip and I have already recommended them to my friends.

Kudos to you and your team!!! Your local provider was great ground folks! We loved our first hotel in San Jose, Corteza Amrillo, such a unique, quaint place, Jorge and his family welcomed us with open arms. Tortuguero was magical as well, we saw a 250lb turtle nest, we helped baby turtles make it to the ocean, Mawamba was a nice place, everyone there was quite helpful and the grounds were very nice. It is a bit of roughing it, water needs work but it is like we were told like camping in a cabin. The airplane transfer to San Jose was perfect, saved lots of time and we got under way as soon as the car rental company was there to drop off our car as expected. We had a great drive up to Arenal, Magic Mountain Resort was perfect, they upgraded us to a suite which gave us a spectacular view of the volcano, went to see La Fortuna?s magical waterfall, which is always an awesome experience. The drive to Monteverde needs work!!!! Seriously takes forever to get there!!! Trapp Family Lodge was sufficient, rooms could use a ceiling fan or something to move their air around, very quite resort with not much to do....we did the Extremo Canopy tour....AMAZING, the best in Monteverde!!!! The first 22 miles from Monteverde to Papagayo needs work, took us 2 hrs to dive 22 miles! Once on the coast it was beautiful, Allegro Resort needs some updating, great staff but the property is tired and worn down...things in hotel room didn`t work and wouldn`t move us, not good considering they were only at 18% capacity....needs some work on customer service there. It was an amazing trip, took 800 pictures over the 11 days, and loved it all!!!!! Thank you again for helping put together this perfect vacation, we will be back.

Hello, Our trip was wonderful. All the hotels were great, except that I would not recommend the hotel in Arenal, all others were great, our favorites were Manatus in Torteguero and Monterverde Lodge, they were clean the services were wonderful and the employees were great. All the transfers were punctual and professional. We did several tours on our own and they were all great. We had several issues with the bookings, but worked closely with our representative who handled everything. All in all it was a great experience. Thank you

Hello. Thank you for following up and asking about our vacation. Your website and your local operator did a fantastic job of booking, confirming and following through on our vacation to Costa Rica. The pick up times for all transfers were exactly as stated in our confirmation. Your people met us before we even went through immigration and showed us exactly where to get our baggage, which forms we need to fill and met us again after immigration to transfer us to the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and very courteous. My wife and I are very impressed with your company and although we have been back only one week, we have recommended your company to two of our friends that will soon be travelling to Costa Rica. We forgot our camera bag in the back of one of the transfer vans and your local operator had it back to us within 24 hours. Amazing service! Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!
