We had such a wonderful vacation and everything could not have been made easier thanks to your website, and Jo Ann Ramsey. Our transportation was always on time and incredibly courteous, especially Juan Carlos who took us from Arenal to Monteverde which was a very bumpy drive. We were happy with our hotels, especially The Springs, which exceeded our expectations in every way. Your local tour operator was very helpful once we arrived in allowing us to switch one of our pick up times. All in all it was a wonderful trip and we are so pleased we decided to go through a travel agent and not attempt to plan things ourselves as it allowed us to just sit back and enjoy everything Costa Rica had to offer. We would certainly use your website again and would recommend it to a friend.

Hello. Everything was excellent throughout our entire stay, we had a wonderful experience at each hotel, every transfer and tour services were great! Will and have recommended you to everyone. All the tours, guides and people were amazing. We really commend you and your staff for making us feel like VIP from start to finish. Can`t wait to book my next trip with you. Thanks.

The trip was absolutely amazing. We had a great time. All of the transfers were on time and enjoyable. The hotels and tours were exactly as they were stated on the website. The only improvement that I could add was that it takes a few days to process the trip. We thought that once we confirmed the payment, it would go through immediately. It actually took several days for all of the parts of the trip to be confirmed. If the website could make the buyer more aware of that fact, that would be appreciated. All in all, I will definitely use your website again. Thank you.

I realize it has been months since the trip, and truthfully I wrote a reply weeks ago, then realizing it was never sent. A reply that was over 4+ pages long, written as if a travel journal for future travelers. Offering tips and other bits of information. Since the trip has long passed I felt it was better to pass on that email, and just get something off to say how brilliant the trip was. From the ease of getting off the plane and seeing our names on the dry-erase board, and then greeted outside the airport and continued on as smooth as could be. The phone calls from your representatives at each location along our travels to ensure everything was well, and to confirm our shuttle pick up for the next location on our trip were very personable and greatly appreciated. Arenal, was exciting to see erupt during the night excursion we went on as well as our view from the hotel during the day, when puffs of smoke could be seen coming out. We chose to do the horseback riding tour to La Fortuna waterfall to be a great excursion and easy enough for even the most weary of getting on a horse. I joked that it was as if ?City Slickers? had gone to the rainforest ?Costa Rican? style. We would definitely not suggest the upgrade in resorts to stay in here, the only place we chose to upgrade, as we found the place too over-done. So taking into account what our other stays were like we felt an upgrade wasn`t necessary. Jaco, the beach is not the white pristine sands one might expect. Rather it?s dark and very fine. To some this might be disappointing but I was pleased with how clean and enjoyable the beaches were. While anxious to surf, the summer surf was unpredictable, not becoming the clean lines imagined till the last day. Hence meeting my expectations and offering some fun for all. Beginners and those with some more advanced surfing skills. The great thing about the beach is the long-flat walk out towards the break. This makes it easy for beginners to just enjoy catching some white water rides stand up for a long ride into the beach, and then walk and or paddle back out. Food, more food and shopping; we found the hotel offerings to be just as reasonable and more so not lacking on the local flavors to enjoy. So by all means take advantage of not having to stray too far from the resorts we stayed in. While food markets were either a walk away to get snacks and drinks or no more than a 5 dollar taxi ride. The same applied for shopping. Hint; buy your coffee in the food markets. The selection is better, and so are the prices. Finally, our trip was spent during the ?green season?, which is a polite way of saying the rainy season. I would highly recommend taking the trip during this time, and take advantage of the lower rates. For starters, the Volcano is known to be much more visible during this time of the year as opposed to the dry months. Also we did find a few starry showers that came from time to time, while one day was just wet. Still though with what we planned it didn`t hinder our schedules. Yet I did hear from a few people, that a random rain caused their zipline to be less than pleasant or hike. Still we took the risk of doing the trip during this time of the year and i would suggest it to others. Well as mentioned I have the long...long travel writings with more names, tips and lots more. Let me know if you would like that send as well.

The trip was great. Everything worked out perfect. I`ve already mentioned how much I enjoyed the trip and that I booked it with your website to everyone I`ve talked to. The hotels were perfect. The transfers between towns doubled as tours for us because Costa Rica is so beautiful! The drivers would even point out wildlife and different plantations and would even stop on occasion for the passengers to take pictures of amazing scenery! Although we didn`t book our tours through your website, rather did them on the fly, they too were amazing. The canopy tours, canyoning, and rafting were some of the funnest and most thrilling adventures, and again I have to mention the breathtaking scenery! The tours were even better thanks to the friendliness of our guides. It felt as though they have been friends with us for years. I meant for this review to be short, but anytime I?m asked about this vacation I can`t help but ramble! Thanks again.

Your organization did a great job of arranging and co-ordinating the trip! Transfers were grest, but the roads are BUMPY! Ardenal Nayara hotel was fantastic-a true 5 star and worth the extra cost! Monteverde Lodge and Gardens was very good. They have an excellent staff and very good restaurant. Club del Mar at Jaco has a lot of maintenance problems as well as a lot of road noise-I ? the 4 star rating tho beach is great. Sleep Inn in San Jose was good-very pretty and functional room. Tours were all good-especially the spa at Ardenal. Drive to/from Cano Negro was very long, tho. Thanx for your help!

Our vacation was wonderful!!! The hotels were beautiful as was the country and the people. Although we speak very little Spanish and the drivers spoke very little English, we somehow managed to learn the most from our drivers. The drivers were always on-time and very helpful. In retrospect, I would not have done anything differently. We will definitely recommend your website to all of our friends. Thanks for everything. A vacation to remember.

Our vacation was awesome! Honestly, initially when I was researching for travel agency sites, latindestinations.com was considerably cheaper than all other websites. Also, this was the only website that allowed me to customize our trip to our liking instead of booking a pre-planned itinerary. It was a user friendly website and I have already recommended the website to coworkers and friends. Every single one of our hotels greatly met our expectations. We were promptly met at the airport by your local tour operator rep who was extremely kind and the follow-up phone call when we were in Playa Hermosa was unexpected but a very nice gesture to see how we were doing thus far. The entire trip was memorable and we are happy to say everything was well beyond our expecations and we would use this website again most definitely when we go back!
