We had no trouble at all, everything was very smoothly executed using your website. There was someone waiting for us at the airport with a sign with our names on it, and we were given updated itineraries at each hotel. Arenal is amazing, I would recommend the Tabacon resort especially if you want to use their hot springs as you will pay a 60$ admission fee if you aren`t staying there and it is definitely more adult and less crowded than other choices in La Fortuna. It isn`t worth eating at the restaurant, it is generic and way overpriced. Take a 15$ taxi into La Fortuna and do try Don Rufinos (the platacones are amazing) and Nene`s was very good too. You can also hit up the market in La Fortuna for snacks and water or drinks so you do not need to bust into the mini bar. Also, the Rio Celeste full day trip was great, guided tours are a MUST because your guide will find wildlife you will never see and tell you facts you won`t find in guide books. Do not however, that you can not swim in Rio Celeste any longer. Repelling is another really awesome excursion. All tours we did provided very good local food for us to eat. The casados is a wonderful Costa Rican dish. Quepos was great but due to Holy Week traffic, it took a lot longer to get there than normal and we didn`t have much time to do things. If you do a short trip to Costa Rica, try to do at least 3 nights in each place you stay, because unless you pay close attention to the map when you are booking, you may have 3+ hours between towns which will cut down on your time there. We didn`t make it to Manuel Antonio because we just ran out of time. The Parador is a great place to stay, it is beautiful but do expect more kids there in the general pool area. They do have some adults only options. Per local recommendations, we took a taxi closer into Quepos to eat. Barba Roja was good, per Frommer`s it is `upscale bar food` and we lucked out with an amazing Yellow Fin Tuna special that would rival any upscale American restaurant but would blow them away with the size of the filet we had. We didn`t have the barbecue there, they were prepping it the night we ate there, but they smoke everything the whole day before using a local wood that smelled like cinnamon. We did also eat at Cafe Milagro which was very good, we stayed there for a while enjoying the local music and great service. If you go there, try the calamari, it is served in a very unique way with spice sausage and wheat pita. In San Jose City, I felt very safe walking around at night. We ate at a Argentinian restaurant that had a 19 page menu, the food was fantastic. Frommer`s guide turned out to be very helpful. All in all, Costa Rica is amazing, and due to having been on more beach vacations in my time, I would spend more time in the mainland. There are a ton of excursions and this trip is great if you want to be adventurous. Your company made everything including transitions very easy and all people we encountered from drivers, to tour guides, and hotel staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I am currently looking into booking a trip to Europe through their other website due to having such a good experience with them this time. Erin, Breckenridge, CO

My husband and I had an awesome time in Costa Rica. Great thanks to the planning of your company. Our drivers were always punctual and courteous. We arrived to La Fortuna at midnight and were hungry. We asked our driver to find a place to eat and he did. The food was good too. Our hotels, the Royal Corin and the Gaia are clean, nice staff, and accommodate to all of our needs. I definitely will use your website again! Michelle, Lewisville, TX

Very pleased with your website. 1. Hotels were excellent. Volcano Lodge - beautiful location, very helpful staff, good breakfast. Restaurant OK and not too expensive but limited menu in the evening. Location a bit far out of La Fortuna and no public transportation (taxi only). Hotel San Bada - great location next to Manuel Antonio park and beach, public buses frequent and inexpensive, room very high quality, breakfast good, staff very friendly, pool clean and not crowded. Hotel restaurant very expensive so did not eat in it, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel Presidente - OK for a city hotel. Room clean and adequate. Breakfast was not very good. 2. Transfers were excellent. Very helpful drivers. All drivers were early to collect us and got us to our destinations in good time. My husband speaks Spanish and several of the drivers had long conversations with him. 2 of the drivers told us about the sights on the trip and one driver even stopped to show us crocodiles and waited whilst we took photos. Your local provider followed up with us 2 times to check on the transfers. 3. Booking was very easy. The website is user friendly and our agent was extremely helpful (Janice Calica) l. We did not get any of the hotels we requested but the alternatives were good (maybe you should not offer hotels that are fully booked if the booking process can be modified in any way as I spent a lot of time researching hotels that turned out to be unavailable for the selected dates). Would use your website again and definitely would recommend. Thank you Hilary, COLUMBIA, MD

Our honeymoon was PERFECT! At first we were extremely hesitant about going through an online travel provider, but we are so glad that we did and we will definitely use your website for our future travels to Central and South America. The hotels were all beautiful and the rooms were very spacious, everything they were advertised to be and more. The staff at all the hotels and our drivers on our transfers were very polite, tried their best to speak English, and were all very patient with our broken Spanish. Everyone was eager to tell us about Costa Rica-it`s important industries, unique animal life, etc-and did everything with a genuine smile. The only part that we didn`t like was that our transfers would deliver us to our hotel long before check-in time, but really it wasn`t a big deal. The hotel staff was happy to watch our luggage in the lobby so that we could go swimming, walking on the trails, or out and about in town while waiting for our room. Thank you for such a wonderful trip! We will never forget our experience. Megan, Galveston, TX

We had a great experience with your organization. We worked with Ana Rodriquez. She booked an excellent choice of hotels and the service it Costa Rica was great. All transportation services were perfect on time and each driver was excellent. We look forward to reaching out to you for our next vacation and will recommend your company. Regards! Laura and Nick, Bridgetown, NJ

Hi, Our trip was amazing! We used your website to plan our honeymoon in Costa Rica. It was recommended to us by a colleague. We missed our connecting flight to San Jose and the staff at your company made sure we were re-booked and that our driver knew we would be late. The driver was very professional and got us to our destination safely even in the dark and fog. The Nayara resort and spa was great and I would absolutely recommend it. The staff were so friendly and it was beautiful. Our shared transport to Quepos was also very professional and nice. La Mansion had great staff and was a nice hotel, though could use some updates. The view can`t be beat. We enjoyed our shared transport back to San Jose until my husband left his phone in the van and when we called to find it the driver couldn`t find it. We can`t say for sure what happened but we know the last time he had it was in the van. The company was helpful in allowing us to search the van but who knows. The staff at the Marriott was also very helpful during this ordeal. I would recommend your website to a friend. Thanks for your help! Best, Margaret, WASHINGTON, DC
