Our trip was the best organized and well handled that I have ever experienced. The drivers were always early or on time, courteous and very knowledgeable of the country. They all (but 1) spoke very good English so communication was not a problem. The upgraded hotels were awesome with great rooms and super service. The person that met us at the San Jose airport got us thru customs and had our luggage loaded and ready to go in 10 mins. The hotels were perfect (only thing that could have a bit of improvement was the bathroom in our room at Magic Mountain in La Fortuna (a renovation wouldn`t hurt), otherwise perfect, and the view totally made up for it!). I wanted to let you know that our vacation in Costa Rica was wonderful. The hotels exceeded our expectations. The last Country Inns and Suites in San Jose was a fine place to spend our last night, however, we had a hard time locating it because the GPS did not pick it up and it was poorly marked by signs. Otherwise, we had no trouble. From the time we landed to the time we were dropped off at the airport, all the arrangements were great. Thank you.

Our experience with your website was quite good overall. The biggest potential issue was transfers between locations (we stayed in three: San Jose, Arenal, and Manuel Antonio), but all of the transfers went smoothly. All but one of the drivers was early, and the one who wasn`t early was a mere five minutes late. Also, the hotels we stayed at were good. I feel your website adequately described each place, so we were satisfied with our choices. Overall, the experience was a positive one and we would recommend you to our friends and family.

Our trip to Costa Rica was amazing! I would go back in a heartbeat. My friend and I spent 7 nights there and stayed at a few different locations. Upon arrival at the airport we were greeted by your local provider who directed us to someone with all our shuttle and hotel vouchers and to our driver. It was much easier than anticipated. For our first night, we stayed at Finca Rosa Blanca, an organic coffee plantation outside San Jose. The room and the property were both beautiful and the staff was great and helped accommodate our vegan diets. The coffee was great too. The hotel was very eco-friendly. Our driver to our next destination picked us up promptly (actually early) and was very friendly and helpful. Our next two nights were at Tabacon near the Arenal Volcano. The hot springs at Tabacon were wonderful. The hotel and staff were not my favorite of the trip but were nice nonetheless. The meals there were a bit expensive but good. We took a guided hike of the Hanging Bridges, La Fortuna Waterfall and the Arenal Volcano National Park. The bridges were great but our favorite was watching the eruption at the volcano and seeing all the great wildlife. Once again we had a great driver with prompt service. Our next three nights were at Arenas del Mar near Quepos and Manuel Antonio. What an amazing place! There were monkeys and beautiful birds right outside our balcony! The staff there was incredibly helpful, the facility was beautiful and the food was great. They also do work with the local schools and have sustainability programs onsite. I can`t say enough good things about this place. The guided hike at Manuel Antonio National Park was also wonderful--monkeys and deer right on the beach and sloths just nearby! Our last night was back at Finca Rosa Blanca with prompt shuttle service to and from the hotel and great breakfast! In addition to having everything run so smoothly, we also received two phone calls to make sure we had everything and that all was well. I would recommend Costa Rica, this trip and also using your website to anyone!

We had a great vacation. Our initial flight on US Airways was delayed out of Minneapolis, causing a missed connection out of North Carolina. We ended up getting rerouted through Miami and arriving in San Jose about 8 hours later than planned. This led to missing our hotel transport, but from there on in our trip went quite smoothly. Hotels: 1. Finca Rosa Blanca was beautiful with quite comfortable beds. We got in so late we didn`t have much time to enjoy the area unfortunately, but we had no problems with our stay there. 2. Lost Iguana. Our room there was fine, with great views of Volcano Arenal. Meals were excellent there during our stay. 3. La Mansion, Quepos. This was a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views. The pool area was comfortably shaded which was perfect given the intense sun. We had outstanding service there. Excursions: 1. The Peace Waterfalls and Poas Volcano trip was well guided by Jorge. Definitely added to our trip. Our driver spotted a 2 toed sloth with baby that was at eye level and so a stop to essentially be just feet from the animal was an exceptional experience. The Waterfalls area was gorgeous and well maintained and allowed us to see wildlife up close before the rest of our trip when we searched for them in the wild. 2. Hanging Bridges: We encountered some rain most of the morning on this hike which limited our animal sightings. Still a great tour and would recommend. 3. Arenal Volcano walking tour and Tabacon Hot Springs. The walking trough was impressive for the birding we experienced. Our guide Javier was very knowledgeable, able to answer my father`s questions which is always a good sign as he is a retired biologist. The hot springs were great and did make us wonder if we should have stayed at that hotel for our time in Arenal instead to enjoy them more. 4. Mango Kayak trip: Very worthwhile, and a highlight of the trip, having the white faced monkeys come right up to you in your kayak was quite cool. Very easy waters to navigate. 5. Manuel Antonio National Park: You definitely want a guide for this park, as many sights are only well visualized through there viewing scopes and they are incredible as spotting things. This was a highlight as well, seeing all 3 types of monkeys in the park. 6. Bluefin Fishing: We did a full day fishing offshore and February is a great time for the sailfish. We caught 5 sailfish, all about 150 pounds and they were tremendous fights, often jumping 4 or 5 times each before landing them. We also caught 1 Mahi Mahi, and in retrospect should have made this trip earlier in our stay as we could have had our fish cooked at the hotel or at any restaurant for us had we had time. Unfortunately we left for our return flight and ended up giving our fish to the crew instead as additional tip. Transfers: 1. Very easy. Are transfers for the various activities or for travel were always on time, exactly as our vouchers indicated. It made for a relaxing trip to be well taken care of. After seeing the driving in Costa Rica, for me it was nice not having the stress of driving the winding roads or the passing which is quite a change from Minnesota driving! Website: Best website I encountered, allowing a very personalized trip planning to fit my interests and goals. Overall I would recommend your webpage. The agent I spoke with on the phone made great suggestions to help with the trip. The trip was well organized. Avoiding US Airways if possible would be my only additional suggestion, we weren`t very impressed on that end, but everything else was wonderful.

We had a great time and everything went well. The arrangements made with you were wonderful. The drivers that took us from place to place were greet. The driver, Jorge, that took us from Manuel Antonio to San Jose was more than wonderful. He even stopped when he saw toucans in the trees to show us, we had said we hadn`t seen any toucans yet. He told us lots about his country and was a wonderful guide. The hotel in San Jose had a great location - the breakfasts maybe left a little to be desired but OK. There was a bug problem in our travel companions room there. Everyone was so nice to us and again we had a great time. We would recommend Latin destinations to others. The check in by your local partners to see how tings were going were much appreciated. Thanks for all the help. Also - the Parador was Paradise. We could hardly leave that place. Every day we got up and said `we are in Paradise` Staff were generous and helpful and seemed to be there when ever we needed something. Again - thanks!

We really enjoyed our vacation in Costa Rica. All of our transfers were great. The hotels were wonderful, true to the explanations. The excursions we scheduled were right on time and we all had a great time. The people of CR are the most hospitable. We had no problems with not knowing much Spanish. Even learned a bit. Everything was in order and we didn`t need to worry at all. I think the only thing I would stress more is when you land there will be someone there to give you the tickets for everything and no worrying needs to happen before departure. We will be back!!

I had a wonderful vacation at Costa Rica. The hotels, transfers, and tours were all satisfactory, clean, and professional. The only compliant that I would make is that some of the descriptions of the tours were not accurate. For example, at the Damas Island Boat Tour, the description stated that we would have some time to walk along the beach but we did not do that activity; in fact, we did not even get out of the boat. Also, I would have preferred to know the times of the tours and transfers were to easily plan my vacation. However, overall my vacation was very enjoyable and I would recommend this service to my friends and family.

We had an amazing trip. The hotel Grano De Oro was luxurious and very comfortable. The hot tubs were well maintained. The restaurant had the best food we ate on the entire trip, and the staff was very courteous and willing to help. The room was clean and exquisite. The Lost Iguana was incredible. The food was good; breakfast was the only meal that was just okay. The pool bar was great. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The view from our room of the volcano was unbeatable, and the room itself was very luxurious. La Fortuna was a fun little town with good food and souvenirs. We were in the Arenal region when the weather was relatively clear. We took a volcano tour that was fun and informative; the tour included the hot springs at Baldi, which were well worth the price of admission, and the dinner was excellent. La Mansion Inn (in Quepos) was good. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was excellent every morning. We never at lunch at the hotel, but dinner was never very good; I would recommend eating at Ronnies (?) or in town. The casino in town was small but fun. The pool and hot tub facilities were perfect with excellent views of the beach. We took a zip line tour that was amazing. We took a guided tour of Manuel Antonio National Forest that provided private beaches and great wildlife diversity, which I would highly recommend to anyone going to the forest. The public beach was beautiful and not too crowded during the time of year we went. Surfing lessons were a blast! All of our transfers (air and land) were on time (with the exception of a flight from San Jose to Quepos that was cancelled due to weather, which is not your company`s fault), professional, and friendly. We really appreciated the excellent service. Neither one of us has ever been treated better. Also, your website is the best travel website I have ever used! Overall, it was an amazing trip! We will never forget it. Thank you so much for all the travel arrangements your company made.
