Hello Everything was great and perfectly coordinated and I would highly recommend your services. In fact you should start a carribean and/or Asian destination site as well as they are on my next travel list. Starting from the agent Brenda to the last transfer to San Jose all staff was professional. The only hitch was the ride from Arenal to Manuel Antonio, the driver was very rushed and drove very fast which made us very dizzy. he didn`t speak any English so it was hard to communicate. Except for that the experience was :)

Entire trip was perfect. Tours, transfers, car rentals, lodging....will definitely recommend your website and your local provider...whoever gets credit for it!

Everything went great. All transports were there on time, professional, friendly. Though I had chosen `group` shuttles and Spanish speaking drivers, every time, we were the only occupants of the van and the driver spoke some English. It was a bit `cumbersome` exchanging vouchers on the sidewalk outside of the airport. The guy was great, but just no place to put our luggage, etc. down, rifle through old vouchers, make sure that we are exchanging the right ones, etc. Volcano lodge and La Mansion Inn were our favorites. Grano de Oro great too, just Hot! Best food we had was at Grano de Oro. I have recommended your service to others already. It seemed to work well. No problems.
