Our Trip was perfect!! Truly the best trip EVER! We were met at the airport by your local representative and she was very nice and hooked us up with the shuttle to the Car Rental company. We had a reservation for a SUV Compact which when we saw it realized that it would be too small for us and our long legged children. So we upgraded to a regular size SUV - A Toyota Rav4.- Which was perfect! Our first hotel was Corteza Amarilla Art Lodge Spa in San Jose. We loved the hotel. It was a great experience with it`s wonderful eclectic decor. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were big! The only complaint might be that the rooms were a little stuffy smelling. Our second hotel was Hotel Arenal Springs Resort and Spa. We had wonderful rooms that were large and had amazing views of the volcano. Each room had a little patio with two rockers. The grounds were very nice. The pool was nice. They were constructing hot spring pools that looked like they will be incredible when they are finished! Our third hotel was Fonda Vela in Monteverde. We loved the rustic ambiance of this hotel. The pool area was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! final hotel that was booked through your website was Hotel Bosque del Mar Playa Hermosa. Must say I was a little nervous as I had read some not so great reviews about the service and food at this hotel. I am happy to say it was fabulous!! The food was great and the service was prompt. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were terrific!!! Huge with separate seating and sleeping areas. Because of Hurricane Irene we had to extend our stay because of our flight from Miami to Boston being canceled. Therefore we decided to extended out trip in Costa Rica for an extra five days rather than Miami. Our trip was fabulous due to the careful planning of Brenda Herrera!! She was awesome!! She dealt with my many questions with a positive caring attitude. Loved working with her! Thank you!!

Had a wonderful time. Costa Rica was beautiful. I was very pleased with your service. Transfers were all right on time, drivers tried very hard to please. We were a little disappointed in the hotel at Tamarindo. The Jardin del eden. It was ideally located. The hotel is showing quite a bit of wear, mattress on bed was wore out, but we did not see another hotel that looked like a better fit. I would highly recommend your service to anyone.

Hi - Our vacation was fantastic, I was so glad we decided to do the Fly & Drive. Anyone that doesn`t get a GPS is crazy! I couldn`t have called driving in Costa Rica for 10 days without a GPS a vacation. I was surprised to find out I had to pay a charge for a second driver, I thought I read somewhere that my rental included 2 drivers. Oh well. All the hotels were great, starting with Corteza Amarilla! I couldn`t believe that is what we were calling out night in the "city". It was beautiful. We had a problem with our car when we were driving from La Fortuna to Monteverde. I didn`t know how to use the cell phone that came with the car. I should have thought to ask how they dial in Costa Rica. I tried to confirm our return flight online and it wouldn`t let me. When we got to the airport, our flight had been cancelled. We were supposed to fly to New York and then home to Boston. We ended up flying to Miami and having to spend the night there, the airline gave us vouchers for our rooms and toward food. The next day we flew to New York and from New York we finally headed to Boston. I had a Park & Fly special in Boston and had left my car at the hotel, the night we were supposed to stay was the night we returned. I contacted the hotel in Boston online, but when we got to Boston they said we didn`t cancel and they charged us for the room we didn`t use. I`m trying to work something out with the insurance I bought for our trip. Lots of paperwork!

Our Taca flights arriving to CR there were no problems. Met one of your representatives and got our vouchers. We waited a couple minutes for the Adobe van and got to their office. After signing some paperwork for insurance we got the car. Grano De Oro - smooth check in, great restaurant, nice hot tub. Basic small rooms. Tabacon - good customer service, nice rooms, big bathrooms - great springs. Fonda Vela - huge rooms - lodge style - right with nature. Playa Hermosa Bosque Del Mar - very nice rooms - good service - right on beach. Lost luggage on the way back with Taca. Got it with FedEx 4 days later. Overall a great trip with no issues. Great experience and great hotels. Thank you.

LOVED our experience! We had heard horror stories from friends who used other tour sites and so we were a little apprehensive at the beginning. They had stories where vouchers didn`t work and had to call long distance back home to sort things out, wasting additional time and money. However, we could not have asked for a better, or smoother, experience. From the moment we stepped off the plane in San Jose to the moment we boarded the plane in Liberia, everything and everybody was there, just as advertised and even better! We met with very friendly, capable, and organized representatives once we got off the plane. They exchanged our vouchers, guided us and escorted us from the airport to the Rental Car Office. The staff at the Rental Car Office was extremely friendly, making sure we knew how to get to our next destination. The Cortez Amarilla Art Lodge and Spa was a gorgeous gem nestled within the city. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly, especially the brother and sister duo who ran the place. We had no idea that Hotel Nayara in Arenal would be such a paradise! We almost canceled all other plans so we could just hang out at the hotel and enjoy its beautiful scenery and facilities! The staff at Nayara was extremely friendly and helpful as well. They assisted us with some excellent adventure tours through the rainforest and hot springs. We especially enjoyed the complimentary night tour of the volcano! The Trapp Family Lodge was quaint and allowed us to really feel we were in the cloud forest. The staff there was super friendly and helpful in helping us arrange activities in the area as well, such as the coffee tour, zip-lining, and night hiking through the cloud forest. Riu Guanacaste was simply amazing. We had no idea what to expect and when we arrived, it was like an oasis. It was the perfect final destination to relax and soak in the Costa Rican sunshine! The staff, facilities, and food at the Riu were top of class. We were worried on our final day about missing our flight because our flight was scheduled for 8am and we had to return our car prior to checking in. We were told that the Rental Car Office in Liberia would be open at 6am so it should be fine. However, when we arrived at the office in the morning, the security guard told us the office doesn`t open until 7am! We panicked slightly, but decided to go to the airport and check in and pay our departure tax and then return to the Car Rental Office to return the car so we would at least be ready to immediately board when we got shuttled back to the airport. To our surprise, we were met at the airport parking lot by a representative who told us he had been waiting at the airport since 5:30am for us because he knew that our flight was at 8am and that the office would not be open in time for us to return the car there! We could not have asked for better service. YES! We would definitely recommend your website to others, especially our friends. Thanks for everything! -Daniel

We can`t say enough about the services provided during our Costa Rican vacation. Upon arrival staff was right there ready to help. The car rental process was great, Hotels were wonderful, the tours we selected were on time and worked exactly as suggested. Even our transfer from the hotel to the airport was exactly as planned. Hello!!! Our vacations in Costa Rica were fantastic!!!! The Arenal Kioro in Arenal was amazing. In San Jose, The Intercontinental Hotel is so warm and a very nice people, I love that Hotel.
