Jess and I would like to thank you for setting up a seamless vacation. Our flight, rental car, and hotels were all accommodating. The first hotel, Villa Caletas, was beautiful and comfortable. My only negative feedback is that the hotel was further from Jaco than we anticipated. We planned to drive to Jaco for lunch but were deterred by the 25 min drive. The second hotel, Volcano Lodge, had the best breakfast by far and gorgeous views of the Volcano. The was the only hotel without a refrigerator so we were a little disappointed to let our groceries go warm. Every other aspect of the Lodge was great. The last hotel, Jardin del Edin, was in such a great location. Being able to walk to and from the beach through a private path was very convenient and reassuring for Jess. We really liked the pool area, but we were surprised by how expensive their drink were at the pool bar ($12 for a Margarita?!) The rental car company, Adobe, provided us with a great little SUV. I was pleased with the price but not very happy with how confusing they are about insurance. I would have preferred if the insurance terms were laid out ahead of time. Later on our trip, our belongings were stolen, and Adobe was very good about replacing our car (because our keys were stolen). Some how the full coverage insurance which I paid extra for did not cover the cost of the stolen keys, which I tried to argue. When we returned the car to the airport there were two other parties waiting to return their car but no one from Adobe showed up. We ended up leaving the cars and keys in the parking lot and hoping that Adobe would not try to charge us for any damages. We have already recommended the website to friends and family Jessica C.
