Vacation was great!Your website and your local provider were awesome. They called at every stop we made and checked up on us. All the drivers and tour guides were prompt and very friendly.
Hotel Presidente in San Jose was well located, nice, and modern rooms. Magic Mountain in Arenal had a beautiful view of the volcano. They also have a pretty decent breakfast and dinner menu. Most of the days in Arenal, it`s pretty cloudy so you have to wake up pretty early to get a clear view of the whole volcano but it`s worth it! The hotel is near the Fortuna waterfall which is well worth your walk. Also, make sure to do your excursions in Arenal. The volcano hiking tour and hot springs was one of the highlights. The transfer btw Arenal and Monteverde is a long 4 hr transfer with winding unpaved roads. If you cannot handle it, make sure you go to Guanacaste instead. Monteverde was beautiful.... Make sure you do the zip line or the hanging bridges tour there. People were so friendly... Hotel Montana Monterverde is a bit old and not that great but great location. Next time, I would upgrade to a different hotel. Overall, the trip was very well organized and would use your webasite again. We were so pleased with the service we received that we told everyone we met to use your website. We`re definitely going back to Costa Rica and doing the beach side next time. We plan on going to either Belize or Peru and we`re using website again again!
