Our trip was excellent! Great job in coordinating everything! All went very smoothly and on time. Not a single shuttle was late. Great service from locals. Super friendly people. We liked all the hotels we stayed at, except Heliconia (in Moteverde). My husband and I were placed in humongous room with two king size beds with practically nothing else in the room. It was strange sleeping there. Hotel staff was pleasant, though. The best hotel was La Mansion Inn (in Manuel Antonio). We especially liked The Cave Bat Bar. All tours were excellent: learned a lot, saw a lot. And despite the rain, everything went according to schedule.
Website itself is well put together and very well organized. I liked how easy it was to plan the trip.
I felt very apprehensive using latinedestinations.com at first since I didn`t actually know anybody who would use it for their trips and aside from ads on Internet I had no other reference. It turned out to be a great pick and worked out really well. So yes, I will recommend it to other people :)

Our trip to CR was wonderful. All the hotels were very nice and there were no problems when we arrived at them. The only problem we experienced was at La Mansion Inn in Quepos. We went to the beach one day using their free shuttle and they neglected to pick us up at the time they had posted. We talked to another couple who experienced the same thing. We had to get a taxi to return to the hotel.
Thanks to Brenda H. for her help booking and good advice on things to see and do. Very helpful.

I want to thank everyone! Our trip was AMAZING!

Just to let you know, all of our travel vouchers were in order, and all of the drivers were incredibly nice and helpful in pointing out wild life off the side of the road that we probably would`ve missed otherwise, even pulling over to let my fiance photograph howler monkeys and crocodiles (from a safe distance, of course).

The hotels we stayed at were all great, with the highlight being La Mansion in the Manuel Antonio/Quepos area. It was our third hotel in our itinerary and I hoped it to be the one were we could be pampered a bit. Needless to say I was not disappointed. I proposed to my girlfriend while staying there and they treated us like royalty, even upgrading our room to a penthouse suite at no additional charge. And free champagne for a congratulatory toast... Fantastic!

The other hotel favorite was Corteza Amarilla Art Lounge and Spa in San Jose, CR. Nothing incredibly fancy, but so quirky and charming that we instantly fell in love with it. The Sky Trek tour we took was also fantastic. We had so much fun there and our tour guides through the cloud forest were so nice and so much fun.

I want to thank you all again. I was never the least bit concerned with any of our hotel or shuttle reservations being in order, which made the trip so much easier and carefree.

I plan on using your services in the future and have already told many friends and coworkers about it.

Thank you for a great trip! It was incredible fun and just about everything went smoothly.
Hotels: Our favorite was probably Arenal Springs (very friendly, helpful staff, beautiful, clean cabin), but we liked all of them (El Sapo Dorado, Corteza Amarilla, La Mansion). Of the group, La Mansion was perhaps our least favorite simply because we liked the cabin style better than the fancier hotel style.
Transfers: All the drivers were helpful, courteous and on time.
Tours: We only had 1 glitch, our kayaking tour on the Pacific was canceled because of bad weather. Your staff called us and we changed our tour to a visit of Manuel Antonio NP. Unfortunately staff gave us the wrong time to meet the driver so we missed the tour. However, your staff rescheduled us with yet a different tour (white water rafting) that we did go on and we had a great time. We would recommend all the tours we took: rafting, Cano Negro, zip lining in Monteverde, kayaking in the mangroves, and the visit to Bosque Eterno de los Ninos. The guides were all very knowledgeable and we learned a great deal.
I liked the ease of planning our trip through your website. It was great that you had a list of possible activities that we could sign up for at each destination and I liked being able to get information on each of the possible hotels. I had never done anything like this before, so was a bit nervous about booking the trip without actually talking to a representative. Consequently, I asked a representative to call me. AnaMaria Rodriguez from Colorado Springs called me and was very helpful and reassuring (it was also nice that she was out of the same city where our flight was departing from).
