Hello -
Our vacation was amazing! The hotels were perfect (only thing that could have a bit of improvement was the bathroom in our room at Magic Mountain in La Fortuna (a renovation wouldn`t hurt), otherwise perfect, and the view totally made up for it!). Our service and hospitality were unbelievable and the locations were outstanding (easy access to everything, including excursions). We also got a complimentary room upgrade at La Mariposa in Manuel Antonio.
Our vacation would not have been the same without your website and booking agent. Rizalinda Barra was so extremely helpful, courteous, and patient during our conversation. We will certainly be using you for future trips and recommending you to others!
Thank you so much!

We had a great time in Costa Rica!!!
Hotels
The hotels were wonderful. Mountain Paradise had beautiful rooms and the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel had a picture perfect view of Arenal Volcano and we were lucky enough to be able to see the peak one of the days that we were there. La Mansion Inn in Manuel Antonio was gorgeous. It is right on top of a peak and when you go to the sky deck you can see the Pacific Ocean on both sides. Not to mention we had a great view of the ocean from our room and balcony. Lastly, although Hotel Presidente was going through some renovations, we hardly noticed it. Plus, it was in the heart of where all the shops were. Literally, all we had to do was to step outside of our hotel. All the hotels included breakfast which were all very good especially the breakfast at La Mansion Inn (it was probably our best meals while we were in Costa Rica).
Transfers
The transfers from each hotel went smoothly. They came on time and every driver knew enough English to point out interesting sites and facts.
Tours
We booked two of our tours through your website. The first one was the Arenal Hike and Tabacon Hotsprings. The Arenal Hike was not too challenging and the views were amazing. However, I would recommend doing the hotsprings during the day where you can actually see how pretty the hotsprings are. At night, it was difficult to see everything as the place was not very well lit and can be dangerous if you have kids. The other tour was a white water rafting trip. We booked the Naranjo rafting trip but was told that a tree fell into the river and that we could go on the Savengre trip instead at no extra cost. The Savengre trip was longer and more expensive but rapids were of a lower level. So we were a bit disappointed that we were going on a slower river. However, this was still probably the highlight of our trip. The rapids were not too difficult but still enough to make the trip exciting. The guides were very funny and did tricks all the way down the river. We stopped by a waterfall where we swam, took pictures, and cheered on monkeys who were jumping from tree to tree.
We booked a Catamaran tour with our hotel in La Mansion Inn. As part of the tour, we were able to snorkel. While we were snorkeling the guides got schools of fish to swim around us by feeding them crackers. It was really fun. We also went to the Manuel Antonio National Park. I would recommend going during the daytime when more of the animals come out.
I would highly recommend your wensite to my friends. Thanks for a great trip!

Overall I loved our vacation package! April was very helpful. My recommendations for other travellers would be to upgrade the hotels (Lost Iguanas was SO gorgeous!) and to get a late morning flight home so you don`t have to get up at 3am. The drivers were always on time, although one of our shuttles was changed from 8:30am to 6:50 am and we would not have known if we didn`t have the hotel call and confirm the times. So another recommendation would be to always have the hotel confirm pick up times with the various shuttles as they can change. The Tabacon dinner tour may be better as a morning/day tour, but still a beautiful resort. Plaza Yara was cute, but a bit of a let down after the amazing Lost Iguanas. Nelson (Plaza Yara) was extremely helpful and the rooms were large and clean, although on the website it looked like it was on the beach. You needed to take a taxi to get to the beach. Next time I would stay at the El Parador for a more luxurious visit. We found Costa Rica expensive, but that may be due to the down economy and end of tourist season. It was stunning and a trip very worth taking though! Thank you for setting up our package!

I wanted to let you know that our vacation in Costa Rica was wonderful. The hotels exceeded our expectations. The last Country Inns and Suites in San Jose was a fine place to spend our last night, however, we had a hard time locating it because the GPS did not pick it up and it was poorly marked by signs.
Otherwise, we had no trouble. From the time we landed to the time we were dropped off at the airport, all the arrangements were great. Thank you.

Our experience with your website was quite good overall. The biggest potential issue was transfers between locations (we stayed in three: San Jose, Arenal, and Manuel Antonio), but all of the transfers went smoothly. All but one of the drivers was early, and the one who wasn`t early was a mere five minutes late. Also, the hotels we stayed at were good. I feel your website adequately described each place, so we were satisfied with our choices. Overall, the experience was a positive one and we would recommend you to our friends and family.

Hello,

Our trip was very nice! I really enjoyed Costa Rica and the ease of travel with your local provider and the vouchers.

All of your shuttles arrived on time, if not early. The drivers were very nice and would stop for important picture sights.

The hotel El Presidente in San Jose was very nice, clean, and had a nice breakfast buffet. The staff was very nice and helpful. Good location to see the sights in San Jose, most are within walking distance.

The Magic Mountain Hotel in Arenal was very nice, extremely friendly staff, and very helpful. The view is wonderful and the food at the breakfast buffet was very good and varied each day. My suitcase was lost by American Airlines and the staff called the airline for me and tried to be most helpful, wonderful staff at this hotel. The view is spectacular. The hotel is in a great location to the town of La Fortuna and close to some good restaurants, especially Vagabond`s pizzeria.

The La Mansion hotel in Manuel Antonio is great. The room was very nice and we had a great view. Edgar at the hotel was most helpful to us. He booked our excursions for us and was our tour guide for the Manuel Antonio Park. He was wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the shuttle from the hotel to the beach was very nice. The shuttle drivers stopped to show us squirrel monkeys.

Your local provider was most helpful by calling to make sure we arrived in each city, telling us what time our next shuttle would pick us up the next day. They were most helpful in locating my lost suitcase with American Airlines and calling back with updates.

It was a very nice trip!
