Thanks very much for your part in making our trip to Costa Rica very enjoyable. First, our thanks to Vicky for her assistance in setting up the trip. She was very helpful both on the phone and on our email conversations. Secondly, the trip went exactly as planned. Everyone we worked with on the trip was very professional, helpful and friendly. Our thanks to them. After planning the trip, I wished that I had thought to make some adjustments to the itinerary. For example, once I realized that we would be arriving in San Jose late in the evening and leaving the next morning early, we should have planned to stay another night at the Finca Rosa Blanca hotel and Coffee Plantation. Not only was the hotel a beautiful place, but it would given us a little time to explore San Jose. The excursion planned through your web site to the Rio Celeste was fantastic. Our guide was great and the weather cooperated to provide us a beautiful hike and excellent views of the blue waters and waterfall. As we understand it, if there is a lot of rain the waters are just muddy and not the clear blue we saw and the ones you see in pictures. As it turned out, our flight reservations out of Liberia were at 7:15 AM. That meant that we had to leave our hotel in Tamarindo at 3:45 AM -- pretty early! Fortunately our driver changed the pickup time to 3:45 from the original 3:15. In hindsight, I might have looked for a later flight to avoid the very early pickup. If it sounds like I`m complaining, I`m not. Everything was great and the comments above are simply ones for others to consider should they be making plans. Thanks again for everything. My wife and I both enjoyed the trip to Costa Rica through your company. Our pick-up at the airport was timely and the transports to and from the other destinations certainly were handled equally as well. We enjoyed staying at the hotels especially the Mountain Paradise and the Bahia Del Sol. Both were beautiful locations with excellent accomodations and very good service. Our Costa Rica trip went very well. The hotels were very good, the transfers were on time with excellent personnel escorting us. We especially liked the Lost Iguana for it`s locationand nearby hiking trails. All the tours were very informative and the guides take their jobs very seriously. The best tour was the Trapiche tour detailing and actual production process involving sugar cane, coffee, and chocolate. The only let down was a river tour which we had to change to a hanging bridges tour. I would recommend your website to anyone wanting to visit Costa Rica. Don, Castle Rock, CO
