Everything was great!
The hotels were very nice and all of them offered an excellent breakfast. We especially liked the fresh, authentic breakfast offered by Hotel Quito. The Hotel Carvallo in Cuenca was very quaint and we also enjoyed it greatly.
Transfers were fine, and the domestic flights were quite good. We were fed and watered even on the 30 minute Aerogal flight from Cuenca to Guayaquil.
We did not use your website to book any tours (we did that on our own).
The worst part of the trip was the flight from Miami to Quito (delayed) on a Boeing 757 on which I sat in a middle seat. That was awful and uncomfortable but it was nothing that your website did wrong. We can thank the airline for that experience.
The next worst part of the trip was returning through US Customs in Miami on our way back. Very time consuming, long lines, etc but a necessary evil I`m afraid.
Overall we were quite satisfied with all the arrangements made by your website and are entertaining another trip sometime in the next couple of years.
