Hotel Quito was VERY nice. Large rooms, very clean and the restaurant was delicious! Our contacts made sure we made our flights and guided us through airports.
The Galapagos cruise was GREAT! Nice size rooms and wonderful meals. Our guides were so smart and helpful. They showed us the islands and animals and kept our interest. The itinerary was changed and all of us on the yacht did not appreciate this. We chose this specific route because of its content.
Overall, we had a wonderful time!

I am happy to tell you that we had a wonderful vacation and have already highly recommended your website and your local provider to our friends.
Hotel Quito was clean and the staff friendly. The included breakfast buffet was delicious.
Our guide, Celia, could not have been better. She is friendly, knowledgeable and great at communicating. We had a great tour of Quito and then she instructed the taxi driver to take us to specific places in the afternoon. We were amazed at how she walked us through every step with the airlines/tsa/customs and even the hotel. Everything she recommended, we enjoyed. Her driver was also friendly.
The cruise on the Galapagos Legend was fabulous. The accomodations were great as was the food. Our cabin was kept neat and clean, the naturalists informative and fun and the hikes/snorkeling were great. The staff kept us on the go, but with time to rest. They went above and beyond surprising us with special treats.
The only negative in the whole trip was the Miami airport and I doubt you can do anything about that. The layover very long and getting through security a hassle as well as long walks was not the best way to end the trip.
Thank you for making our vacation easy. We`d never used a tour company before but will surely contact you again for our next vacation to a far away destination.

Last April 2, sent you an e-mail to let you know how great was out trip to Ecuador, Quito a very interesting city, the hotel very nice, the transfers, the tours, the guides. Galapagos was an experience that will be with us a lifetime, including the weather, was very nice, the cruise and all his team do a very good job. Hey Folks:
We traveled to Quito and the Galapagos. We had a great time.
The Galapagos was all I had hoped for and more. The transfers, ship, and tours were first rate.
The hotel in Quito is very nice, but outside the main parts of town. Since we were the ONLY two people on the Quito phase of this trip, we were a bit like fish out of water. On the return phase we figured out where we were and the taxis were really convenient and cheap. My only advice for you is to perhaps have the Quito contact give a one page hand outs explaining taxi fare ranges (no more than $5) and the different areas and restaurants. Also a note that Ecuador does not allow any alcohol sales on Sundays so most restaurants shut down for dinner. Not your problem, but a little warning would be appreciated.
Overall a wonderful trip. No problems, issues or dissatisfactions. Thank you for arranging this trip for us!
