Day 1: Arrive Guatemala - Antigua

Arrive at Guatemala and transfer to Antigua, once the capital of all Central America, This Is one of the best preserved colonial towns in the American Continent, and declared by UNESCO world heritage site. Overnight in Antigua.

High-End: El Convento Boutique Hotel
Mid-Range: El Meson de Maria

Day 2: Antigua

Enjoy a full day at leisure to pursue independent activities and explore this colonial city; do not forget to visit the first University, the Cathedral, the Merced Monastery and San Francisco Monastery. Overnight in Antigua (B).

High-End: El Convento Boutique Hotel
Mid-Range: El Meson de Maria

Day 3: Antigua - Lake Atitlan

Transfer to Lake ATITLAN, one of the most beautiful lakes in the world according to the experts. We will take a glimpse of the spectacular beauty of the lake and walk through the streets of Panajachel and its lakeside market. Lunch is not included. Overnight in Lake Atitlan. (B)

Day 4: Lake Atitlan

San Juan and Santiago Tour. Guests will take a scenic boat ride across Lake Atitlan (30 minutes) to the village of San Juan La Laguna. Then continue to the village of Santiago. After the tour guests will be transferred back to Lake Aittlan. Overnight in Lake Atitlan (B, L)

Day 5: Lake Atitlan - Guatemala City

After breakfast, depart to Guatemala City, on route we will visit the Chichicastenango Market, the most impressive open air market in Central America. Overnight in Guatemala City. (B, L)

Day 6: Guatemala City - Barra de Santiago

After breakfast, depart to Barra de Santiago, El Salvador. Overnight in Barra de Santiago. (B)

Day 7: Barra de Santiago

Today we will visit The Flowers Route. This rout goes thru one of the most beatiful areas of El Salvador, crossing the forest of high mountains and coffee plantations where the cool weather prevails. Overnight in Barra de Santiago. (B, L, D)

Day 8: Barra de Santiago

Today we wil visit The Ruins of Joya de Ceren and San Andres. Joya de Ceren is an archaelogical site in El Salvador that has a pre-Columbian Maya farming village preserve remarkably intact under layers of volcanic ash. Overnight in Barra de Santiago. (B, L, D).

Day 9: Barra de Santiago - San Salvador

Transfer to the airport to take your flight back. (B)
