The trip was wonderful, the drivers were excellent and on time. The man who met us at the airport was great. The hotel in Antigua Casa Encantada was excellent and quite beautiful.

The hotel in Atitlan, the Villa Santa Catarina was very nice, but very far from the town and they have no transfer service, which is my only complaint about the hotel is the location, not at all the property itself.

The Biltmore in Guatemala City was fine and provides a free shuttle to the airport which was nice.

Antigua - Lake Atitlan

My travel experience in Guatemala was excellent. I would especially like to mention my appreciation of the
service given to me by my outstanding agent, April. She was most helpful and informative to me, and even allayed
some of my qualms about the trip.

All the hotels were excellent. I would highly recommend Hotel Las Farolas, even though I understand that it is not one of your "regulars." Hotel Porta del Lago was also great, although a waitress told my companion that we were not entitled to a second day breakfast. I`m not sure
how that was resolved.

The Westin Camino Real was beautiful and unbelievably efficient. I told the desk clerk that I intended to buy the bathrobes in the room but one of them was missing a pair of slippers. Minutes later the slippers were
delivered to the door--almost before I made it back to the room!

The Clark Tour drivers were excellent. Very friendly and courteous, but, above all, very prompt and, especially, skillful drivers (on some very challenging roads, I might add).

All in all, I simply loved the trip to Guatemala that you arranged for me. I definitely want to go back, and would recommend your agency to all my friends and family.

We had a wonderful time in Guatemala, one of the best vacations we have had.
Your web site is very user friendly and tour operator Iliana Stevenson was very helpful.
The transfers were all punctual without problems, drivers very safe and courteous.
The Casa Encantada was a very special property. Everything we wanted and truly `charming`
The service there was excellent and quality high, when we arrived they put us in a room with no window. I told them with staying there 3 nights I wanted a room with a window. They were able to make the change, be aware that one of these 8 rooms does not have a window and if they had not been able to change it I would have been disappointed. It all worked out however if you book other people there make sure the room has a window.
Hotel Atitlan is by far the best hotel in the Lake area. It is Breathtaking set in the middle of the Botanical Gardens with a view from every room. full service is convenient, the food is reasonable not quite on par with the the level of the hotel, but for a few days acceptable. La Vista Real was kind of over the top and contrived, lacking the charm of the smaller properties. Very comfortable and Clean it did serve our purpose for rest prior to out very early travel time the next morning.
I will use you again when we get ready for Peru. I will also refer you to others, everything ran very smoothly thanks to your planning and efforts.
