Trip Summary
3 nights in Mexico City

Mexico City offers you a wide variety of activities and venues to please your taste. As a world-class city, Mexico City has world-renowned museums, colonial masterpieces, historic and archaeological sites, bohemian neighborhoods, markets, exciting nightlife, and diverse shopping and dining alternatives for you to experience. Whatever you do, you will get to experience the city`s rich cultural diversity and remarkable identity.

2 nights in Merida

Founded in 1542 by Francisco de Montejo the Younger, the city of Merida is known today as an important business and manufacturing center. Nonetheless, the city is better known for its distinctive cultural identity and laid-back atmosphere. You can explore the many nearby archaeological sites, stay at one of many haciendas, or just stroll around the beautiful historic center and admire the city's colonial legacy.

4 nights in Cancun

Cancun has a lot more to offer than a vibrant nightlife and beach volleyball. Try the Mayan archaeological sites, for a change. Or enjoy the fine sites, dining or the shopping experience. You will get a good value for your money in any of the newly built hotels.

2 nights in Flores - Tikal

The Peten is an area of exuberant tropical jungles teeming with wildlife, deep forests and dry plains dotted with lakes and Maya cities. There are three reasons why travelers would want to penetrate the forests of El Peten: first to visit Tikal, the greatest Maya religious center yet discovered; second to enjoy the great variety of birdlife; and third to see the Guatemala of small farming villages and jungle hamlets, without paved roads or colonial architecture.

3 nights in Antigua

Founded in 1543, La Antigua was once the third most important Spanish city in the Americas. The city, built on a grid plan inspired by the Italian Renaissance, amassed a number of superb monuments in less than three centuries. Its rich colonial heritage (the town is packed with churches, monasteries, and convents), famous Easter celebrations, three surrounding volcanoes, and abundance of flowers, make it a Mecca for tourists.

Guatemala is a magical country in the Mayan heartland of Central America. Indigenous Guatemalan culture is alive and well in the ancient ruins of Tikal, the Mayan/Catholic rituals and open market of Chichicastenango, and the blazing colors of everyday Mayan dress. The colonial town of Antigua, and Lake Atitlan, viewed by many as the most beautiful lake in the world, are two destinations guaranteed to enlighten the soul.
