We had a great time in Panama. Thanks for all of your help. April Stiles was a terrific help in planning the trip. The drivers were always on time to pick us up and take us to our next destination. The Gamboa Rainforest Resort was beautiful, the service was superb. Since my wife has an electric scooter, we needed to stay in places that were accessible, and we deeply appreciated your knowledge and advice to plan so our trip would be successful. We loved the monkey island boat tour on the canal and the night tour of the grounds. My only disappointment at Gamboa was the planned trip for birdwatching on pipeline road that was cancelled due to lack of participants. I think when we go next time, I will look into a specialized tour guide for this. We could have easily spent a week or two here. Likewise, our journey to Bocas Del Toro was great. The hotel accomodations were very good, and it was nice having a dock right at the hotel to take us to the other islands for snorkeling and beaches. Bocas town is a really funky place, great for people watching. The food was wonderful and very reasonable. The Four Points Sheraton, and Panama city in general was just ok. There were several problems with our room, which the staff did respond to. However we booked a city tour through the hotel was unimpressive to say the least. We would not stay here or spend much time in Panama city when we go again. It was sometimes a challenge communicating since many people, even in the nice places we stayed were not fluent in English, though we did manage to get by. For instance on our boat tour out of Bocas, we had to rely on other passengers on the boat to translate what the guide was saying. We would definitely recommend your website to others and have.

Dear April, I wanted to take this time out to express appreciation for your top-notch customer service, patience and professionalism. I know I have asked you a lot of questions and wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for getting back to me with the answers right away and up to the point. The tour was very well organized, all the transfers and excursions were on time and drivers/tour guides were knowledgeable and accommodating. All you advices on hotels and on things to do in Panama were invaluable and made our time in Panama delightful. After we came back, I found an erroneous charge from Gamboa Rainforest Resort, and you been able to resolve this issue with them right away too. Great job!

No questions when checking into the hotels, etc. Overall, it was great and we have already been recommending your site to friends and family! Thanks again.
