Dear Staff, I am so happy I used your website for my first trip to Costa Rica. I found the hotels to be what I was expecting and even a little more. They were all very clean, in a great location and had friendly staff. The transportation was always on time and even a little early most times. There was one day where the transportation service had a 30 minute time difference than our itinerary, and we were a little rushed. Once I was there and traveling inbetween locations, I was glad I had transportation arranged rather than renting a car myself. Thank you so much for making our vacation a pleasant one with no worries. Pura Vida! Lisa, Tucson, AZ

The vacation was wonderful!! Your local provider was prompt with all services and had great customer service - we were very pleased. We got to our destinations on time as scheduled and it was a very easy process. The Hotel Manoa Arenal was a hit, as were the other hotels, though we probably wouldn`t stay at the Arenas del Mar. It was too expensive for what we got in general, though the location was lovely. We would definitely recommend this vacation to friends/family and are hoping to go back to Costa Rica again. Phillip, Ashford, CT

We had a wonderful trip! All of our transfers worked out perfectly. There wasn`t a single problem during our entire trip. We enjoyed all of the hotels, especially Belmar in Monteverde. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Thanks for a great vacation in Costa Rica! Julie, Harrisonburg, VA

We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica! Everyone from the greeting staff (which I really appreciated)to the transport drivers, the tour guides, hotel staff, tour operator employees were so nice and accommodating. Their main focus was that we had a good time and enjoyed ourselves. I also felt very secure and safe, all along the various points of stay. The check up phone calls were especially comforting, since I was traveling alone with my daughter. The Volcano Lodge was awesome! So beautifully laid out and clean, great food...The Hotel Belmar was also so charming and beautifully decorated and the staff so helpful. Hotel Le Mansion was very nice as well, the view was worth the price, and the staff was so accommodating...the Hotel Grano de Oro was also very beautiful and a good location. The only thing that I felt could have been reminded about was that I did not have transfers to and from the airport since I had not booked my airfare with you..I had forgotten about that and was taken aback when I learned that it was a $160.00 fare to Arenal from the airport. But, it all worked out the driver was very nice and helpful even considering he was on his 13th hour of the day! I would definitely recommend your company and the country of Costa Rica for a vacation! Sincerely, Charlotte, ROHNERT PARK, CA

My friend, Jeremy and I just recently returned from Costa Rica which we booked through your site. Everything was absolutely amazing! The hotels were clean, workers were very friendly, continental breakfast was great in every location. We stayed at Magic Mountain Hotel in La Fortuna, Hotel Montana in Monteverdge and The Falls in Manual Antonio. My favorite hotel was Hotel Montana in Monteverdge because of the view and nice staff. Our favorite restaurant was Novillito`s in La Fortuna, it was our best meal in Costa Rica. All of the tours we went on were extremely well planned, timed, and executed. The weather also turned out great. We went on the Volcano tour and Hot Springs in La Fortuna, the Hanging Bridge tour and Coffee/Chocolate tour in Monteverdge, the Canopy Tour and also Whitewater Rafting in Savegre Rio in Manuel Antonio. I have already recommended your site to my coworkers and would 100% recommend your company to any of my friends or family who will be traveling to Central America. I will also use your company again when I return to Costa Rica. It was a trip of a lifetime. It`s been 10 days since we returned, and I still can not stop thinking about all of our great experiences. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to see such a beautiful country!!! Puda Vida!!! Best regards, Oleg, NEW HYDE PARK, NY

Our trip was absolutely wonderful! All of the drivers were very courteous and safe. It was so nice to have a driver rather than trying to navigate the roads ourselves! The hotels were all beautiful, clean, and had good food. We did not book any tours through your company, and the website provided adequate information. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We hope to visit again very soon! Holly, Ann Arbor, MI

We had a lovely time in Costa Rica! Thank you for your follow up calls to make sure the hotels were adequate, etc. The connecting transport was prompt, friendly and reliable. The hotels where we stayed were super, very well appointed for our needs. We missed our flight from Miami, due to a copilot being late for the flight in Boston. You even offered to reimburse our cab fare in San Jose. Your service was unbelievable! Thanks again. Freda and Sassou, SOUTH GRAFTON, MA

Fantastic!!!!! We had a great time. All hotels were excellent, service was perfect, all transportation was within 15 minutes of scheduled pick up. Slight mix up with luggage upon arrival in San Jose but folks at the Marriot were quick to respond and recover our bag. Drinks and food at all of the hotels were a little pricey but food and service was very good. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! Joseph, Angleton, TX

The vacation was wonderful. It rained a lot of the time we were in Costa Rica but that didn`t stop us from enjoying it. The first day in San Jose was lovely - probably the nicest Holiday Inns I have stayed in and their breakfast spread was `muy bueno". The transfer to Arenal Volcano was easy and smooth. Arenal was just breath taking. Our hotel overlooked the volcano and it was a majestic site to wake up to. We did lots of great activities here like zip-lining in the rain which was the experience of a lifetime. The hotel itself was also very nice. Monteverde was beautiful and the hotel we stayed in Belmar Hotel was probably my favorite. Simple but so very attentive and with great views over the cloudforest. At Monteverde we went canyoning which was also an experience I will never forget in addition to the very educational and fun El Trappiche Tour. There was a bit of confusion regarding the changed time for transfer to Manuel Antonio which resulted in use having to rush out of hour hotel an hour early missing their delicious breakfast spread. Manuel Antonio was a good beach town and we liked Hotel Yara Plaza. Manuel Antonio was probably the most touristy of the places we went to but we enjoyed the park and the public beach. On the whole this was one of the best vacations I have taken and I consider this money very well spent. Everything for the most part was run smoothly, we had individual attention and we plan to visit Costa Rica and Central America again sometime again in future with your company. Thank you. Chidinma, NEW HAVEN, CT
