I couldn`t have been happier. The accommodations were excellent and all the transportation was well flawless. The drivers were prompt and friendly and the vehicles were clean and well maintained. Though the drivers weren`t all able to speak English I don`t consider this much of a problem as we always seemed to be able to figure a way to communicate, it`s just part of the fun of vacationing in a foreign country. Keep up the good work, you will no doubt have my business in the future. Great job.

Hi - We had an awesome trip and I`ve recommended the website several times since our return. We`d definitely book through you again. I was amazed at how smoothly everything went, especially given that the trip involved multiple flights, hotels, and transfers. All of the transfers were either on time or early and, the one time we were late, the driver was very pleasant about it. My husband speaks Spanish and he found the drivers to be very informative and friendly. The first and last hotel we stayed at (Mountain Paradise and Gaia) were absolutely fantastic - our rooms were better than expected and the staff were helpful, friendly, etc - everything you could ask for! Phenomenally happy with both places. We stayed at Club del Mar in Jaco and, if that were the only place we`d stayed, it probably would have been fine. However, in comparison to the other places we were staying, it felt like a dive. It was hard to tell from the hotel`s website that it was going to be lower quality than the other places we were staying - not sure if there`s a way to warn people about that ahead of time or not. We ended up having a great time there too, but it just didn`t have the same luxury resort feel the other two places did. I found the website very easy to use and navigate, the emails and correspondence were timely, informative, and accurate. Overall, very, very pleased! Thank you for such a great and affordable vacation!

You could not have done a better job than you did. Hotel choices were very good to excellent at the four locations during this visit. Drivers were on time, courteous and competent. Transportation was comfortable (except a full-capacity back seat ride from La Fortuna to Jaco--it was a hard seat for a four hour ride (with one stop for leg-stretching)). I was impressed that I got two calls--one was a track me down in a hotel lobby, with the first one on day one at the first stop, and the second call on the last day. It tells me that the company really cares. It`s not just a sale, but it is service too. Not only would I recommend your website, I have. Thank you.
