We were happy with the trip. We had a couple of hotel changes. As far as I know the new hotels were nicer than what we had expected and a higher quality than what we had chosen for ourselves. Our transfers were all exactly on time, except for one. That one was about 50 minutes late?and certainly not a major problem. We travel a great deal, so a small glitch is not surprising. All the drivers were polite. The ones who spoke a bit of English were happy to chat and be helpful. We did not book any tours on-line, but the tours we took from the hotels were fine. Your website was good. I would use it again. I would also tell other travelers that your website is a good choice for travel. You provided good service and were willing to provide a bit of flexibility as well. Much appreciated.
