The trip went very well. The transfers were smooth. All the drivers arrived early, were polite, and friendly. We enjoyed each one of them. Yes, I would recommend your services to my friends.
My only complaint is that someone (from Gamboa Tours) phoned us at Finca Lerida. They left no message or a name, and it took hours to find out why they called. They only needed to confirm the pick-up time. I wish the person had simply left a message. I was worried that someone from my family had called with an emergency!
We LOVED the Finca Lerida. It was lovely, the food was great, and the staff was wonderful. We took a tour with Cesar and he was a knowledgable guide.
The Royal Decameron was fine.
The Suites Ambassor was well located. When we arrived, there was no water, and the staff kept promising they would fix it soon. Hours went by. We later realized when we went to dinner that ALL the water was off in that section (El Cangrejo) of Panama. We wished that the staff had just told us that at the beginning. The hotel actually had no control over when the water would be turned back on. Other than that, it was fine.
The Partial Transit Tour of Panama Canal was lots of fun. However, your website description said it included breakfast and lunch, but it only included lunch, which we didn`t get until 1:00 pm. Luckily, another tourist had warned us about the lack of breakfast, so we ate before we went.
Your website was fine, except for the description of the Partial Transit of the Panama Canal, which reads exactly the same as the Full Transit of the Panama Canal. Obviously, they are not the same.
Also, for some reason, I could not download the "activities" section at the Finca Lerida on your website. It didn`t matter, as we made the arrangements when we got there.
