Our trip to Panama was fantastic; in fact I have no complaints whatsoever. Brenda was very helpful to me. She was able to change our flights from Mexicana to American airlines which worked out exceedingly well (After Mexicana went bankrupt). Also, her willingness to answer my questions was great.

Our flights were fine, no complaints. I fly often, and these were completely normal for today?s standards.

Our resort, The Royal Decameron Panama, was excellent. Check in process was speedy and very thorough. The rooms were not overly spacious, but more than adequate. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything. I do speak some Spanish, which came in very handy. It may be difficult for someone who spoke no Spanish to get attentive service. The food was okay, nothing spectacular, but sufficient. I highly recommend that people make use of the specialty restaurants on the property, the quality of food is better that the buffets. Also, I would recommend that people take part in the optional excursions that the resort offers; these are very informative and give a great opportunity for people to see more of the country. The only negative of the resort is that there are an exceedingly large number of steep stairs that separate the beach from the rest of the resort. If possible, booking a room on the bottom of the stairs as opposed to the top would eliminate quite a bit of strenuous walking.

Our transfers were provided by your local provider. The gentlemen met us at the airport on time and took us to the resort. He brought his girlfriend with him, which was a great asset. She spoke very good English and was able to communicate with us. The trip is rather long, over 2 hours to get from the airport to the resort. But the driver and his girlfriend were able to fill the time telling us quite a lot about their country. They offered to let us stop and use the restroom or get something to eat, but we declined. The transfer back to the airport at the end of our stay was equally as enjoyable. Unfortunately, because our flight left at 7:00 AM, they had to pick us up at 2:30 AM; this was unfortunate, because we were unable to see anything. Nonetheless, they were very efficient and polite.

All in all, I could not be happier with how our trip went. Your website is very easy to use and navigate, and Brenda was more than helpful to me, in organizing this trip. We are already discussing going back to Panama, or possibly Costa Rica, and if we choose to do so, I will use your services.
