Everything in Cusco went very smoothly, Washington and Carlos were great! Washington showed up on time for pickup and drop off (even if the car was late!) and Carlos did a good job of showing us around.

Lima is a different story. The driver was 20 minutes late when we arrived the first night for transfer to the hotel. We looked everywhere three times and he wasn`t there, was about to call Condor when he finally showed up. Even worse was the morning that we flew back to U.S. He told us the afternoon before that he would pick us up at 4:30 AM to take us to the airport for our international flight, I checked with him twice before he left and he indicated that definitely 4:30 am....he did not show up until 5:00 am. Very unhappy about that.

Would definitely recommend you to friends (already did as a matter of fact!), but please make sure Lima transport is on time.

My husband and I enjoyed our trip immensely.Your local operator in Peru was excellent. All travel plans went very well. The transfers agents and tour guides were helpful and very attentative. Our vacation was excellent. Your agency was very helpful in helping us arrange this trip. When we arrived in Peru, Condor Travels was extremely helpful. Our hotels were first-class, except the night we spent in Lima. That hotel wasn`t very good, but we were only there for a few hours so it didn`t matter. The people at the hotel was very friendly; however, the room was too good. Very small. Our transfers went smoothly, always on time and the tour guides we had were exceptional. Overall, we were extremely pleased with your company and also Condor in Peru.

We are looking at taking a Panama Canal cruise. Do you have any information on that.

Thanks for all of your help with this trip. It is one that we will remember for a long time.
