2 - Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca

We had a wonderful time in Peru! The travel arrangements with your local tour operator were superb; our guides / drivers were always early in picking us up and very friendly. We only had one situation where our driver was late, but we still made it to the train station on time. All our hotels were clean and comfortable; El MaPi and Casa Andina Private Collection on Lago Tikikaka were our favorite. The bus ride to Puno was very comfortable and we had the chance to stop and visit sites and towns along the way. Taca Airlines was great and so was the train to Machu Picchu. Overall, we are very satisfied with our trip and arrangements and would definitely recommend the website to our friends and family and would use you for future trips.

3 - Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca

Loved our vacation! Would recommend the website to anyone that likes a carefree independent vacation. The transport, guides and level of organization on the part of your tour providers, worked as a well oiled machine. We were never left waiting or wondering what we do next. We felt very special to have private transfers and private tour guides to Machu Pichu and Lake I guess we got lucky to be the only English speaking Visitors at that time.
The hotels were great and well located. The only complaint we have is that the level of service and quality of breakfast as some of the hotels was poor. Hotel San Agustino Ricolleta was very nice. The reception staff was great but the restaurant staff had very limited English speaking skills and the breakfast was poor. Hotel El Mapi was great with great food and staff. The Cuzco hotel had great staff but again poorly stocked breakfast. It had a omelet station but no one there to make an omelet for us. Puno hotel Casa Andina was good, great staff but again the breakfast was poor and poorly managed, the buffet was empty by 8 am. Novotel in Lima was great, staff and breakfast wise.

Overall we had a great vacation and would travel again using the website.
