We had a terrific vacation. A couple of VERY minor glitches in what was an incredibly well planned and executed trip.The hotels were wonderful - particularly Novotel in Buenas Aires and San Augstin in Urumbamba where the staff was outstanding.LAN air experience was great. Transfers worked well.All in all, we are big fans of Latin AND European Destinations, with whom we have traveled twice previously.We tell everyone we know about your services.Good job!If you want testimonials, let us know!

Hi,I have already written April but for my wife, I planned the trip for she and her sister, it was perfect.April took care of the details so well and also provided us with prompt and very thorough answers to our questions.The only hitch came when the ladies returned from Machu Pichu by train and no one was there to pick them up-when they found the local operator reply she told them their name was not on the list for pickups.They then showed her their voucher and the lady almost had a breakdown-she commandeered a bus for the ladies only and had them delivered to their hotel.So we will clearly and without hesitation recommend your company and particularly April Stiles to those who ask us about traveling south.Thanks so much!
